The special-shaped elevator is suitable for conveying granular and small non-abrasive and small abrasive materials. Currently, it is mainly used for feeding in weighing and packaging machines, feeding and re-feeding in color sorters, and three-dimensional circular feeding and discharging in automated production lines. Special-shaped elevators are divided into Z-type bucket elevators and C-type bucket elevators based on the positions of the inlet and outlet. When the special-shaped elevator operates, the gear motor drives the two sprockets to move synchronously through the bearings, ensuring that the two chains meshing with them move synchronously on the closed track. When the material is conveyed to the feeder, it slides into the horizontally forward-facing hopper, and then the feeder's brush sweeps the excess material from the dustpan into the next hopper. Since the material slides into the hopper without being vigorously scraped, the phenomenon of material crushing is reduced. In this way, through the synchronous movement of the two chains, the hoppers between the two chains continuously move on their closed track. Under the action of the turnover wheel, the hopper turns over, and the material inside the hopper falls from the elevator outlet into the temporary storage bin of the supporting equipment.
