Non-crushing elevator products (main models: Z-type, C-type, T-type, and special-shaped) and vertical elevator series products can be widely applied in various production and processing. No adjustment of air doors is required. Cleaning is easy. Universities and colleges adopt vibration motors to reduce the failure rate.


The non-crushing elevator is constructed using steel plates that are laser-cut, bent, and assembled with bolts, resulting in a straight and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The body is connected using bolt assemblies. It boasts advantages such as high filling coefficient, strong lifting capacity, low crushing rate, low energy consumption, convenient material cleaning, and easy access. After being lifted, the material flows out from the discharge port without rolling, impact, or crushing.


This series of non-crushing hoists mainly consists of Z-type, C-type, T-type, and special-shaped hoists. Their working principles and characteristics are the same. They are used for horizontal and vertical conveyance of powdered, granular, and small materials. They have the advantages of compact structure, small footprint, large lifting height, good sealing performance, and no material damage. The driving power is small, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and maintenance is convenient. They can be fed at single or multiple points and can complete single or multiple point discharging through the discharge device.
