Product Overview

The working principle of the feeding elevator is mainly to load materials into the elevator through the hopper. The motor drives the reducer, which in turn drives the lifting belt or chain to rotate, lifting the materials to the designated position. During the lifting process, the hopper will go through stages such as loading, lifting, and unloading in sequence, thus achieving continuous conveyance of materials.

The feeding elevator is mainly composed of the following components:

Hopper: used for loading and conveying materials.

Lifting belt or chain: used for transmission and lifting of the hopper.

Electric motor and reducer: Provide power and reduce speed, ensuring smooth operation of the hoist.

Supporting device: the overall structure used for supporting and lifting the machine.

In addition, depending on the specific model and application, the feeding elevator may also be equipped with other auxiliary components, such as control devices, backstop braking devices, etc.

Feeding elevators are widely used in various places such as feed mills, pig farms, mines, and construction sites. For example, in feed mills, feeding elevators can lift feed from a lower location to a higher location, facilitating subsequent processing and handling; in mines, they can be used for the transportation and lifting of ore.

Application Field

The elevator produced by our company is a relatively ideal machine among agricultural and sideline product processing machinery. It serves as a supporting conveyor feeding device in the workflow of complete sets of equipment, and can also be used for lifting and feeding individual machines.
